Visitors are requested to go through the Membership Plans Terms and Conditions of for availing rental services for toys/books/puzzles/board games. reserves the right to update the Membership Plans Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without prior notice. The updated version of Membership Plans Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on “Membership Terms” tab located at the bottom of the Website page. The updated version will supersede all previous versions. Use of the Website after updations made implies that the user has agreed to the updated version.


  • Toys rented/circulated by KhilonaExpress.comcan be/are in “used & in new-like” condition but are rented out in sanitized and safe condition. However, there will be no guarantee of brand new toys being delivered during Toy/Books/Puzzles/Board Games rental cycle.
  • items being rented out to customers may have scratches on them to the extent that the functionalities of the item are not affected.
  • will not be responsible for any damages or injury to any person or child as a result of use or misuse of its toys or property. We make no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise for any service we provide.
  • Members are those who register themselves with by completing the registration process to avail our services.


  • Registration fee(Non Refundable) has to be paid in advance to become a member.
  • Membership Fee and Security Deposit amount needs to be paid to start the plan.
  • Security Deposit will depend on plan chosen by member. It will be refunded within 7 days of permanently termination of membership from Khilona Express after deduction of dues (if any, for loss or damage).
  • Members will not receive any interest on security deposit.
  • No refund will be provided for any partial used plan or unused toy.
  • Khilona Express consider 1 Month=28 days as we deliver every fortnight..
  • Khilona Express can change subscription charges any time without prior notice.
  • Members can take a ‘Break’ in between their membership period for > 1 Weeks to < 2 Months, For that they need to return toy kit and inform before 7 days. Khilona Express would carry forward the membership period.
  • To avail the services the members can choose a plan based on their requirements from the available list of Plans under the “Membership Plan” category. Products can be borrowed online after selection of the Membership Plan, however, delivery of selected products will be done after realization of the applicable fees(which includes onetime registration fee+ Security deposit + Membership plan fee).
  • Membership Plan can be renewed any time by a member. The renewal plan can be one of any plan offered under the “Membership Plan” section.
  • The membership is valid depending upon the date of enrolment and membership plan chosen by the member. Members may extend the validity period by renewing their membership for further period. will extend the validity after realization of the applicable fees.
  • has the right to change/revise/modify the Membership Plans at any time without giving prior notice. However, in case of modification of plans, the same will be applicable to existing members only at the end of validity period of existing Membership Plan.

  • In case a member wishes to close their membership account a written communication via email should be emailed at before the membership plan expires.
  • Based on the request received the toy/puzzle rented out to the member will be picked up and will sent for quality inspection.
  • The membership closure request received will be processed within 7 working days for approval from Management.
  • The refundable Security Deposit will refunded via cheque (in case payable) to members within 15 working days from the day of the Management approval received after adjusting any previous pending payments arising due to damage of returned toy/any pending membership plan payment.
  • Registration fee and Subscription fee once paid are non-refundable under any circumstance.


  • You can create a WISHLIST by logging into your account on website to receive toys of your interest.
  • Toys sent will be a combination of your wishlist and skill set for the age of your child.
  • Toys will be sent only for the age group of registered child.
  • Extra items required in a toy for playing like Batteries, colors, dough etc. needs to be put by members.
  • The worth of material send in total circulations can have a difference of plus minus(+-)5 %.
  • All toys should be returned undamaged and complete otherwise charges will apply.
  • All entities should be returned in their respective bags, boxes, wrappings to avoid additional charges.
  • If toys are kept for more than the committed period, charges as 5% per day of monthly plan value will be deducted from security deposit.
  • Premium Toys and toys for Long term plan will be provided on call only (may need Security Deposit & extra delivery charges depends upon Price, Size of toy and location of member).


  • In case of MISSING any item piece at the time of returning kit, Item will be reissued to member for 2 weeks.
  • If member does not found the missing item then:

    - If the missing item is available in market , only actual missing spare part cost plus repair, if needed any will be charged.

    - If the missing item is not available in market, toy will be considered complete damage. Member will have to pay MRP (mentioned on toy)minus 10% of the MRP.


  • In case of partial damage of any toy, which is repairable-repairing cost will be charged.
  • In case of complete damage of toy, making it unusable, Member will have to pay MRP (mentioned on toy)minus 10% of the MRP.
  • In case of LOSS of any toy (stolen /missing), Member will have to pay MRP (mentioned on toy) minus 10% of the MRP.
  • Determination of an item being missing or damage will be sole discretion of Khilona Express. The cost will be intimated to member. Depending upon the extent of damage, an amount will be deducted from security deposit, which you need to top up again on or before next delivery to enjoy uninterrupted services.


  • Any additional delivery other than the part of the membership plan or in response to the complaint received will be charged extra.
  • At the time of delivery, member needs to ensure the number of items in a toy and condition of toy, and then only sign the card. Do inform about any damage or missing item before borrowing the item otherwise it will be assumed loss/missing/damage on your part.
  • If you find yourself unable to attend to the delivery / pick-up on a particular date for some genuine reason , you can call us and we shall adjust the visit accordingly, provided we have been informed well in advance, else you will have to manage pick up/ delivery within the week on your own.
  • In case of not returning kit, it will be considered reissued till next scheduled delivery.
  • Repeat visit will cost Rs 50/- which has to be paid in cash to delivery person.
  • New toy kit will be issued only after returning previous kit.
  • There are no Delivery charges till six kms from Regal Square. For 7-11 Kms, delivery charges would be Rs 50/- for every delivery and pickup, that has to be paid in cash at the time of receiving or returning toys.
  • For the premium products such as Slides, Trampoline, Riding Car, etc. delivery charges will be on actual transportation cost incurred.
  • Members cannot claim any compensation in any form from case of delay in home delivery/pickup of any product and also in case of non-availability of any product in circulation.
  • The Home Delivery Agent of will also check each product thoroughly at the time of return to check for missing parts and whether the returned product is in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • In case of missing part the member can return the same within 15 days failing which an additional charge will be levied depending on the repairability/availability of the missing item. In case the item is beyond repair depreciated cost of the toy will be charged and the same will be intimated to the member through email /sms.
  • Any complaint regarding the functionality of the borrowed item must be received within 24 hours of delivery for it to be considered as a valid complaint. Appropriate measures will taken by team to rectify or exchange the item without any additional charge to the member. However, under no circumstances will a compliant regarding an item be acceptable beyond 24 hours of delivery, the same may be charged to the member at the discretion of the company.

  • Khilona Express is very particular about Safety and Hygiene. Once a product is delivered, it is responsibility of parents to take complete care of child as well as toy.
  • Members are requested to ensure that the items returned are cleaned for any visible debris (i.e. food, dirt etc.) before returning back.
  • Post return all items go through rigorous Quality Check by the Quality team, in case any damage/missing part/functionality issue is highlighted, it will be intimated to the member by the next working day through email / sms.
  • Khilona Express will not be responsible for any damages or injury to any person or child as a result of use or misuse of its toys or property.
  • reserves the right to stop/delay any issued payment in case of any discrepancy countered at the time of final closure/return of items.
  • All disputes will be settled in the courts of Indore City only.
